During winter time (26 October 2014 – 29 March 2015) the followed Mass schedule will apply in Radharc na nOiléan cluster.
The Mass times in each parish and church in the cluster will be as follows
St Mary’s Church, Cranny Saturday 7pm
Church of Christ the King, Ballycorick Saturday 7pm
St Benedict’s Church, Coolmeen Sunday 9.45am
St Michael’s Church, Kildysart Sunday 11am
Church of Our Lady of the Wayside, Lissycasey Sunday 11am
Sunday Funeral Masses will be celebrated in Lissycasey and Kildysart at 11am and in Ballycorick, Coolmeen and Cranny at 12 noon.
During the month of November we remember our departed sisters and brothers.
On the feast of All Souls, Sunday 2 November we will have a moment of prayer for the faithful departed in Cranny cemetery at 3.00 pm and in Kilfiddane cemetery at 3.45 pm.
We will have a moment of prayer for the faithful departed in Kildysart cemetery at 11.45 am also on the feast of All Souls, Sunday 2 November.
Our annual Mass for our deceased parishioners and other relatives and friends will be celebrated in St Mary’s Church, Cranny at 7pm on Saturday 8 November and in St Benedict’s Church, Coolmeen at 9.45am on Sunday 9 November 2014.
Fr Liam Lawton has written a new collection of music for the Church’s Year. It includes music for the different parts of the Mass. Killaloe diocese has arranged two music workshops with Liam where he will teach his music. The dates and venues are as follows:
Tuesday November 11th at the Abbey Court Hotel in Nenagh from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
Wednesday November 19th in St. Flannan’s College Ennis from 7.30 to 9.30pm.
Thw cost of the workshop is €12 per person for which people will receive a book with copies of Liam’s new music as well as refreshments on the night. This may be of particular interest to people engaged in music ministry throughout the diocese.
