Congratulations to the Cranny Tidy Towns Group and the members of our community on the very good result and positive report received from the judges of the 2014 Tidy Towns Competition. The overall mark received by Cranny was 267 – which represented an increase of 8 points on 2013.
The Judges began their report by noting ‘Ta Fáilte Romhat Crainnaigh – Welcome Cranny to the Super Valu 2014 National Tidy Towns competition. Although you have an extremely small population, you are enthusiastic and anxious to improve your lovely village’.
